Reports listed in the category display as the default reports when first navigating to the InSight menu and are therefore are expected to be used on a frequent basis.  These reports are typically those used for analysis and decision making on a daily basis.


Courses About to End
Displays course section offerings that are about to end or have recently ended.

  • Includes dates 7 days before and 7 days after the current date.
  • Total balances due is displayed for reference purposes and is highlighted in red when the value is greater than zero.

Courses About to Start
Displays course section offerings that are about to start or have recently started.

  • Includes dates 7 days before and 7 days after the current date.
  • Total balances due is displayed for reference purposes and is highlighted in red when the value is greater than zero.
  • The displayed values for the Course Status and Min/Max Status columns are derived and color highlighted based on status and enrollments.

Reports Crosswalk
This report was removed in the version 2 upgrade
Displays a list of all the available InSight reports and a cross reference to the prior report feature menu.

  • All available InSight built-in reports will display regardless of user permissions and XenDirect version.
  • All user-defined InSight reports will also display regardless of user permissions and XenDirect version.
  • Owner column distinguishes between XenDirect built-in reports and user-defined reports.
  • [Prior Report] column displays a menu from prior reporting feature as a cross reference between similar reports.  If blank, the InSight report is a new report that did not exist before.
