For customers that want more support than the Standard Support which is included with XenDirect, there is an Enhanced Support option. This fee-based support is flexible in cost and service based on the needs of the customer.

Enhanced Support includes all the features of the Standard Support plus:

  • Phone support.
  • Debugging local user-built InSight reports.
  • Custom development of InSight reports.
  • Custom integration and XenDirect enhancements.
  • 1:1 online training
  • WebReg branding assistance

Support Packages:

  • Billable time is accrued and charged in 15 minute intervals as used.
  • Phone Support is available as scheduled with Xenegrade staff. Phone support is not an open-ended support call process.
  • Prices listed as one-year terms and expire at the end of one calendar year after purchase.
  • Services provided in Support Packages are flexible based on customer need with the total number of enhanced support hours remaining constant.
