Countdown Clicks Forward to Ten

With the retirement of Release 2 and the Crystal Reports server set for December 24, 2021, the countdown moves forward another step to ten months remaining. That is plenty of time for users to make Release 3 and InSight reports part of their daily routine.

Meanwhile, what are some of the upcoming additions for Release 3 updates?

  • SMS Text
  • TouchNet TLink payment gateway
  • Enforcing client blocks
  • Ed2Go with expanded features
  • InSight merge letter templates

These are just a few of the features being programmed and tested at this time. But the schedule is packed with work all the way through to December.

30 Years... Don't They Go By in a Blink

WOW! Xenegrade is celebrating it's 30 year anniversary this year!

When we first started in 1991, no one thought out that far into the future and what that would mean. And here we are 30 years later. It has been some journey.

Even in the midst of this pandemic, we are planning some ways to celebrate this event with our loyal customers. As the year progresses, watch for news, invites, and a few fun stories that happened to us along the way.

SendGrid Email Conversion Reminder

Many of you have already completed the process to changing over to the new email process using SendGrid. We appreciate your help as move to this more advanced email system.

So why are we doing this?

  • Technology is changing... fast.
  • Email related technology issues are increasing.
  • Customers want email tracking.

If you have not yet started the conversion to SendGrid, submit a support ticket to initiate the process.


InSight Emails and Updated Data Sources

Two important updates related to InSight.

First, within the next week, Essential users should be able to email reports. This feature addition helps Essential users by allowing them to email reports directly from InSight, especially locally built reports.

Second, a whole new array of data sources was recently added with an additional 33 new data sources and additions to 23 existing data sources.
