School Districts
School Districts are used to categorize home schools in client residency records.
Field Details

School District:
- Name of the school district.
- Cannot be duplicated.
- Required field.

State Code:
- Optional field for consistent reporting.
- Helps match outcomes for standardized reports, such as NRS reports.

EPE and EA Rate Fields:
- Hourly reimbursement rates for organizations eligible for funding based on client contact hours.
- EPE (Employment Preparation Education) and EA (Equivalent Attendance) rates depend on the school district of residence when contact hours are recorded.
School Names
School Names track the school district residency of clients and typically represent a school building within a district.

Special Functions
AutoOption Field
- If enabled, a new School Name record will automatically be added to the Client Residency records when a new client is created.
