Labels/Envelopes

Print labels or envelopes for Clients.
Applies To:    Enterprise   Plus   Basic 

  • Template:Include Return Address:  Option only for Envelope template
    • Labels Mailing: Uses standard Avery 5160/8160 labels
    • Labels Shipping:  Uses standard Avery 5164 labels
    • Envelope:  Uses standard #10 envelope
    • Row Format:  Prints data in row format for easy export and use with other third party software
    • ZIP Count:  Prints count of records per ZIP Code
  • To Parent Of:  Display text "To the Parent Of:" before the name field
  • Resident:  Compares value to the Resident field in the address section of the Client Info.
  • Client/Family: Determines what data area report prints from.Enforce Permitted Marketing Method:  Select the option from the list to restrict the search results to only those clients that have given permission to use the method selected.  Leaving this field blank does not restrict records based on the Permitted Marketing Methods field in the client’s record.
    • Client Mailing: Client mailing address fields
    • Client Residence: Client residence address fields
    • Family (unfiltered): Family address without the Receives Mail field filtered
    • Family (All mail): Family address with the Receives Mail field filtered for All mail
    • Family (Discipline mail): Family address with the Receives Mail field filtered for Discipline mail
    • Family (Progress mail): Family address with the Receives Mail field filtered for Progress mail
    • Family (Recognition mail): Family address with the Receives Mail field filtered for Recognition mail
    • Family (Warnings mail): Family address with the Receives Mail field filtered for Warnings mail

Enrollment Status values are defined as follows:

  • All = status is ignored but assignment must exist
  • Active Only = status starts with the letter “E”
  • Inactive Only = status starts with the letter “C” or “Did Not Complete”  (Inactive assumes was active at one time)
  • Active and Inactive Only = status starts with the letter “E”, letter “C” or “Did Not Complete”  (Inactive assumes was active at one time)
  • Other values must be an exact wording match
