Gateway Log

This report prints records from the view only Payment Gateway Log that is automatically created when a transaction is sent to and received from the customer's payment gateway.  Certain fields are stripped from the string for security purposes.

• A separate log entry is made when the transaction is Sent and another when the transaction Received.
  • Sent-w = transaction sent from WebReg module
  • Sent-a = transaction sent from Admin module
  • Rvcd-w = transaction received at WebReg module
  • Rvcd-a = transaction received at Admin module
• The string of data that appears in the record was the data sent to or received from the payment gateway.  This string is not one standard format across all gateways.  For questions about about the content of this string, contact your gateway or Xenegrade submit a support ticket.  Where possible, Xenegrade will do their best to explain the elements of the string's content.
  
• When available, the Cart ID is displayed as a cross reference field to the Cart Items report.
• As of 10/27/2015, the transaction time has been modified to display the local time of the organization rather than the server time.
