User Activity Report

Prints a list of user activities recorded when a System User performs various processes.  This report is primarily used to monitor performance of users.  The report provides a convenient and easy record of the user’s efforts over time.  The records are viewable only and cannot be modified.  These records are branch specific.  This feature was deployed 7/22/13 so no records will exist prior to that date.

• User Name:  The user who performed the process.
• Date/Time:  The date and time the process was performed.
• Table/Menu:    The table or menu the user was on when the process was performed.
• Process:  The process the user was engaged in such as Add, Edit, Function, etc.  Searches are not included in the processes recorded.
• Identifier:  If possible, the record is tagged with an identifier such as a client name, course, or process name.  In many cases, this identifier is not available and will display as blank.
