Add Testing

This utility uses a table format to allow add and update of Client Testing scores for an entire course enrollment on one screen.

Navigation

Tools > Course Functions > Add Testing

Details

The following fields are available for add/edit.

• Score
• Status

To Add and/or Modify Client Testing Scores and Status Fields

• Select a Course Code, Test Name, and Test Date.
  
• Click [Continue].
• Enter or modify the Score and/or Status fields as desired.
• Click [Save] to save the additions and changes OR [Cancel] to close the window without saving changes.
• Upon save, the form will return to the original window to select another.
• Click CANCEL to close the window.

Note:

• Scores are restricted to positive, numeric values only.  Up to two decimal places are supported.
  
• Status values are restricted to the displayed list.
