The Termination Reasons feature is used to identify Client Intake/Exit, Client Employment, and Assignment exit reasons. It ensures consistency in reporting and tracking termination outcomes.

Field Details

  • Termination Reason:
    • Text description of the termination.
    • Must be unique (cannot be duplicated in more than one record).
    • Required field.
  • Termination Code (Optional):
    • Used to create consistency in reporting.
    • Helps match termination reasons for reporting purposes, such as NRS reports.
    • Must be unique and formatted as an integer.
