Termination Reason: Text description of termination. This value cannot be duplicated in more than one record and is a required field.

Termination Code: Optional field used to create consistency for reporting purposes. In many cases, this field is used to identify specific outcomes no matter how the Termination Reason text has been spelled or written. For example, many NRS reports require specific Termination Reasons and code each expected reason accordingly. This flexibility allows the user to name Termination Reason as desired but still match them for other reporting purposes. Optional. This field is formatted as an integer, and the value cannot be duplicated in more than one record.
