Field Details 

• Achievement Name: Field cannot be duplicated in more than one record. Required field.

• Achievement Code: Optional field used to create consistency for reporting purposes.  In many cases, this field is used to identify specific outcomes no matter how the Achievement Name text has been spelled or written.  For example, many reports require specific outcomes and have a code for each expected outcome accordingly.  This flexibility allows the user to name outcomes as desired but still match them for other reporting purposes.
