Field Details 

• This table is shared across all Branches in a multi-branch setup.

• Activity Type: Name of the activity type. Required field.

• Program Code and Type Code: These fields are optional and are used to create consistency for reporting purposes.  In many cases, these fields are used to identify specific programs no matter how the Activity Type name has been spelled.  For example, many NRS reports require specific programs and code each expected outcome accordingly.  This flexibility allows the user to name Activity Types as desired but still match them for other reporting purposes.
