Ethnicity

Used in Client Demographics.  In a multi-branch setup, Ethnicity values are the same for all Branches.  Modifying the values in one branch changes for all Branches.

Field Details 

• Ethnicity Name: Name of ethnicity. This user-defined field cannot be duplicated in more than one record. Required field.

• Default: Every user-defined ethnicity must have a default.  Default values include "Other" and "User Defined".  If the use of the default values is not desired in reporting, set all defaults to "User Defined". When running a demographics report, be sure to read the User-Defined fields rather than defaults. The field is a restricted value select list. Required field.  
  

• Ethnic Code 1 and 2: These codes are used for custom reporting purposes.
