Gender

Used in the Client and Staff Demographics section. In a multi-branch setup, Gender values are the same for all Branches. Modifying the values in one branch changes for all Branches.

Field Details

  • Gender Code: Abbreviation single letter code representing the gender.  This is the value that is recorded with the Client or Staff record.  This value cannot be duplicated in more than one record and is a required field.  A change to this value for an existing Gender record will automatically update all Client and Staff records with the same replacement value.

  • Description: Name or description for Gender Code.

  • If Gender is enabled for the WebReg module, all values are available for the client to select.
