Display Grades

This article provides details on how to enable the display of the Grade/GPA field from a Client Assignment record in the MyAccount > Registrations section of the WebReg module.  There are two methods of displaying grades:  With or Without an Approval Date.

To Enable Display of Grades Without Approval

  • Go to Admin/Security > Settings > Web Options.
  • Go to the [Enable Select Features] field.  Select GradesUnapproved from the list using Ctrl+click.  Be careful not to unhighlight other values already selected.  Save the Branch Profile changes.
  • Existing and newly entered grades will now display in the WebReg module.

To Enable Display of Grades With Approval

  • Go to Admin/Security > Settings > Web Options.
  • Go to the [Enable Select Features] field.  Select GradesApproved from the list using Ctrl+click.  Be careful not to unhighlight other values already selected.  Save the Branch Profile changes.
  • After grades have been entered, go to the Course Section(s) desired to display grades.  Go to the [Date Grades Approved] field.  Enter the date when grades were approved.  If this date is a future date, the grades will start to display on that date.  If the date is in the past, any existing grades will now automatically display in the WebReg module.
