Marketing Sources

Used to track marketing efforts in Client and Client Assignment record [How Heard] fields.

Field Details 

• Marketing Source:  Name of marketing source.  The field cannot be duplicated in more than one record. Required field.
• Subcategory:  Select the value that most closely matches the category of the marketing source.  The field is used in the Marketing graph of Snapshot pages. The options are not user-defined.
  
• Marketing Code:  Optional field used for tracking code or abbreviation used for NRS reporting purposes.  In many cases, this field is used to identify specific marketing sources no matter how the Marketing Source text has been spelled or written.  For example, many NRS reports require specific marketing referral sources and code each expected outcome accordingly.  This flexibility allows the user to name Marketing Source as desired but still match them for other reporting purposes.
• Description:  Optional internal description of the marketing source.
