Field Details 

• Textbook: Name of the textbook. The name field can not be duplicated in more than one record. Required field.

• Vendor: Textbook vendor. From the user-defined list of Companies.

• Inventory:  Log of inventory dates and quantities of the current Textbook record.  Inventory tab displays only when in View Mode of Textbooks.

Textbooks Inventory

Provides a reference for textbook inventory through purchases and sales. Navigate to textbooks, then to the Inventory.

• Date: Date of inventory transaction. Required field.

• Transaction: Transaction type - opening balance, order, return.  Required field.

• Quantity: Quantity number for this transaction.

• Purchase Price: If an Order, what was the Purchase Price per book.

• Selling Price: If an Order, what is the Selling Price per book.

• Sales tax: Amount of sales tax per book, if relevant.

• Date Received: Date order received.
