Using the Section Multi-Select Check Box Feature

Overview

The Select Check Box process is used to manage several Section features by selecting more than one Section to process at the same time. This feature is only in Release 3.

  • Clone
  • Link Custom Questions (Enterprise and Plus)
  • Link Evaluations (Enterprise and Plus)

Navigation:    Main Menu »» Courses »» Sections


Follow the steps for the related feature (Clone, Evaluations, or Custom Questions). When ready to perform the step to use the multi-select check boxes, use follow these steps.

  • Go to Menu > Sections.
  • Filter the Section list as desired. Depending on the desired outcome, you may need to filter more than once with different filters.
  • Click the check box next to each Course Section, or click the checkbox at the top of the list to check all the filtered Course Sections. However, it is recommended to keep the size of the list to a reasonable number of Sections that can be handled at one time.
  • Click the respective button above the Results List: Clone, Custom Questions, or Evaluations.
  • Complete the required form information.
  • Click [Next] to continue or [Cancel] to stop and close.
  • Continue until the process is complete.
