The Closeout Deposits section allows users to review, edit, and tag client payment transactions with a deposit date. Transactions processed via a payment gateway are automatically assigned a deposit date and time at the time of processing.

Making a New Deposit
Step 1: Display Transactions Without a Deposit Date
- When accessing the Closeout Deposits page, all transactions without a deposit date are displayed.
- Use the filter options to search for specific transactions.
Step 2: Select Transactions for Deposit
- Check the box next to each transaction you want to assign a deposit date.
- To select all transactions, check the Toggle All box.
Step 3: Closeout the Deposit
- Click Closeout Deposit.

A pop-up window will appear with the following option:
- Deposit On: Select the date to be entered into the deposit date field.
- Click Confirm to finalize the deposit.
Viewing a Previous Deposit
Step 1: Access the Closeout Deposits Page
- Go to → Main Menu → Financial → Closeout Deposits.
Step 2: Display Transactions with a Deposit Date
- Only transactions with a deposit date are displayed.
- Use the filter options to search for specific transactions.
Step 3: View Transaction Details
- Click View to see detailed information about a deposit.
