Payment Connection Method
One of the primary decisions is the Payment Method used to an amount due. XenDirect contains three different methods for tracking revenue payments. Only Xenegrade staff can set or alter the Payment Method.
The decision on which method to choose must be made before payments are recorded. Once payments are recorded, it is not an easy process to change methods. There may be a cost to change methods after records have been entered. Invoice B is the most commonly used method.
