Overview

Data location where the primary data for the XenDirect licensing organization is recorded.

  • Expiration: The expiration date displayed in the blue title bar is the licensing expiration date.
  • Enable IP Blocking / Enable IP Approval: See System User IP Block and Allow Function.
  • Automatic Sign Off Timer: Number of minutes before a user session is terminated if no activity is observed. Controls timeout setting for all users across all Branches in a multi-Branch installation. The value must be greater than 5 and no more than 60. The maximum value of 60 is equivalent to 1 hour.  Required field.
    • For Release 3, users will also get a visual display warning at 3, 2, and 1 minute intervals prior to the automatic logout. If the user is not on the screen to see the message, the system will still log the user out unless the user performs some activity within XenDirect before the time out action occurs.
    • For Release 2, this field was reduced from a maximum of 720 to 60 on 3/30/2021 to increase security. This now makes Release 3 and Release 2 match.
  • PIN Number:  Access PIN number required for users to login to XenDirect.  If changed, users must have the new PIN to log in while users already logged in will remain in their current session, but will require the new PIN once they have logged off XenDirect.
  • Payment Mode: The method by which payments are attributed and invoices are created.  This value is determined at the time of setup and is not user defined.  This value can only be modified by Xenegrade technical support staff.
    • Invoice A:  All payments are attached to a Client and Invoice.  Invoices are created and managed using credit hours and global fees.
    • Invoice B/C:  All payments are attached to a Client and Invoice.  Invoices are created and managed using course and global fees.
