Adding a dynamic logo can now be added to the following default global reports. If the same report is used as the embedded reports in the Client profile area, the embedded report will also display the logo.
- Invoice Grouped
- Invoice Standard
- Invoice Standard 2
- Mailing Receipt 1 Course Full Page
- Mailing Receipt All Full Page
- Registration Receipt
Supported embedded reports, using one of the above reports:
- Client > Print Invoice
- Client > Print Receipt
- Client > Send Receipt
- Client > Send Invoice
Specifications and Details
Once Xenegrade support changes the settings, the new report will automatically print instead of the default report version.
- The logo will display in the upper right hand corner of the report.
- Logo files must be either a PNG or JPG image file.
- Set the image resolution to a minimum of 96 DPI and up to a maximum of 300 DPI
- Set the image size to a maximum of 300 pixels wide and 100 pixels in height.

Logo will display these sizes on the reports:
- Invoices: 300 pixels wide and height matching the ratio of the file proportions
- Receipts: 200 pixels wide and height matching the ratio of the file proportions.
- Note that the image may display larger than expected but will display the correct size when exported to PDF.
- If you have to re-upload the image file in the future, submit a support ticket prior to uploading a new image file. Otherwise, the report will display a broken image icon until Support can update the image settings.
- If you use a user-built, local InSight report for your invoice and/or receipt, this process does not affect those reports.
Steps to Enable the Report Logo
Follow these steps to enable the dynamic report logo.

Upload a logo file that meets the specifications above.
- Go to Admin/Security > Web Images menu.
- Click the [+New Branch Image] link.

Set these field values:
- Title = Default Report Logo
- Order = any number available (This value is not used in this case, but must be set.)
- Location = URL
- Type = Image
- Save the record.
- Edit the record and browse/select your logo image file to upload.
- Save the record.

Submit a support ticket requesting the Default Global Report Logo be enabled.
- Support staff will confirm that the logo is uploaded and enable the display on the reports.
- This process could take 24 to 48 hours to complete. Support will notify you when the setup is completed.
