Family and Corporate Accounts

Family and Corporate accounts allow a primary client to manage registrations of members of their account.

The members can also log in and manage their own individual registrations as well but cannot see the registrations of other members or of the primary account holder. 

  • All client records can either be tagged as an Individual or Corporate account. Use the [Client Type] field of the Client profile.
  • All New Accounts that are created through the Web Registration default to Individual. Corporate clients can only be tagged by a user through the Administrative Module.
  • Corporate accounts have the ability to purchase quantity seats in courses without providing a name for each registrant.  Individual accounts do not have this ability.
  • Members can be added to a primary account holder membership list when in the view mode of a client at Main Menu > Clients > Members.
  • Members can also be added to a primary account holder by primary account holders when logged into Web Registration.  However, if the member file already exists and they are not creating a new member account, the link between the primary account and the member account can only be done through the Administrative module.

A primary account holder cannot also be a member of another client's membership list.  However, a client can be a member of more than one primary account.
