Setting Up A Corporate Client

Organizations may need to set up a corporate or contract client to handle bulk or quantity-based registrations without attaching individual registrant names. Follow these steps to create a Corporate Client record.

Steps to Set Up a Corporate Client

  1. Navigate to the Client Setup:

    • Go to Main MenuClientsClient Info.
    • Select New from the blue toolbar.
  2. Enter Client Information:

    • Fill in all required client fields as you would for a regular client.
    • In the First Name and Last Name fields, use the company name as desired (these fields are required).
  3. Set Client Type to Corporate:

    • Go to the Other Section/Other Tab of the client form.
    • Change the Client Type to Corporate.
  4. Save the Client Record.


Registering Clients Under a Corporate Account

  • When adding a Client Registration for a corporate client, a Quantity field will appear in the Assignment screen.
  • Enter the total number of registrations purchased by the company.
  • Important: Individual student names cannot be recorded using this method. If names are required, clients and assignments must be entered individually as usual.

Billing a Corporate Client

  • Follow the same billing procedures used for regular clients when invoicing a corporate client.
