Require Active Program Enrollment

This feature restricts a client’s registrations to courses that are in the same Program Group as the client’s active program enrollment.  Additionally, this feature can also enforce a maximum number of credit hours per session.

To Enable an Active Program Enrollment

• Go to Admin/Security > Settings > Web Options.
• Require Active Program:  If checked, clients are restricted to courses that are in the same Program Group as the active program enrollment for the Client.  Active program enrollment is one tagged as "In Process".  If maximum credit hours are entered for the Program Group, the client is restricted to enroll up to the maximum number of credit hours per session.
