How to Enable ProTrain Integration

Your organization must have an active ProTrain reseller account to use the ProTrain integration. Note that ProTrain integration is per branch and not shared across branches in a multi-Branch system.

Follow these steps to enable ProTrain integration.

Release 3

Go to Admin/Security > Settings > Vendor Logins.
Click on New Vendor Login.
Select ProTrain as the Vendor.
Account Name: Enter the name of your ProTrain account name (organization name). This may be different than your XenDirect Branch or Organization name.
URL/Extension: Enter the complete URL the student will use to take the course. This URL will display in the confirmation email the student will receive.
Vendor Email: Enter the ProTrain email address where the registration information is to be sent.
From Email: Enter the email address of the organization that will be the FROM and REPLY email address in the emails being sent to ProTrain and to the client.
Other fields in the form can be left blank as they are not used for this feature.
Save the record.
ProTrain is now enabled.

Go to view mode of Admin Menu > Settings > Branch Profile.
Click on the Vendor Logins tab.
Click on New Vendor Login.
Select ProTrain as the Vendor.
