The available ProTrain offerings are updated nightly via an automatic download from ProTrain to your XenDirect site. After the upload, only the active ProTrain course offerings are displayed in XenDirect. Course offerings will change as often as ProTrain modifies their course offerings list.
Release 3
- Go to Tools > Course Functions > Manage ProTrain. If the menu option does not display, contact your system administrator to enable permission for this menu option.
- Search as desired to display currently available course offerings.
- Click on the view button in any course row to view the details.
Release 2
- Go to Admin Menu > Course Functions > Manage ProTrain. If the menu option does not display, contact your system administrator to enable permission for this menu option.
- Search as desired to display currently available course offerings.
- Click on the view button in any course row to view the details. While in view mode, if a course URL is displayed, you can click the URL to open a new window with the ProTrain course details from the ProTrain website.
- If you click the course code and there is a matching XenDirect course, you will navigate to the XenDirect view course screen.
- In the blue title bar, a count of the number of sections that are available will display along with a count of the number of those sections currently being offered by your organization.
