How to Tag an Existing XenDirect Course/Section as ProTrain

If your organization already has an active account with ProTrain and some existing courses and sections are ProTrain course offerings, follow these steps to tag the existing XenDirect course and section to the ProTrain course offering.

Release 3

• Go to Main Menu > Services > Courses and search for the course desired.
• Edit the course.
• Enter the ProTrain Course ID into the Alt Course Code field.
• Enter the ProTrain Course Title into the Alt Course Title field. (optional)
• Select ProTrain as the Vendor.
• Save the course record.
• There are no fields to tag in the Course Section record.

Release 2

• Go to Main Menu > Courses and search for the course desired.
• Edit the course.
• Enter the ProTrain Course ID into the Alt Course Code field.
• Enter the ProTrain Course Title into the Alt Course Title field. (optional)
• Select ProTrain as the Vendor.
• Save the course record.
• There are no fields to tag in the Course Section record.
