How To Send an Existing XenDirect Client Into a New Salesforce Lead/Contact
To send a Client to Salesforce, the Client must be attached to a Company. This allows the Contact/Lead to be attached to a Salesforce account. If the Company does not exist in Salesforce, it will be added as an account.
- Go to Main Menu »» Clients »» Client Info.
- Search and view the desired Client record.
- Go to the Salesforce tab.
- Click the Salesforce Send button in the upper right corner of the Salesforce tab.
- From the popup, select if the Client being sent to Salesforce will be a Lead or a Contact.
- Click Send.
- If there appears to be one or more records in Salesforce that matches the Client, a list of the possible matches will display. Select from the list or select to add as a new record.
- If there is no match in Salesforce, the Client will be added.
