Perfect Attendance

A percentage attendance based on number of scheduled days for the course section. A 100% perfect attendance will flag a row as "Perfect".

• Attendance Method: Selecting 'Actual Days' or 'Credit Days' will change which calculation is used to determine percentage.  This choice uses the value tagged to the Attendance Code asscoaited with each days attendance record.
  
• The Scheduled Days is based on the Total Number of Classes from the Course Section.  If this field is blank, then the Scheduled Days is determined based on the Course Section Start and End Dates and scheduled days in the Master Calendar.  The Course Section calendar is not utilized for this report.
• Templates:
  • Without Dates: Actual Dates column is displayed as a count of the number of dates.
  • With Dates: Actual dates column is displayed as the actual dates matching attendance records where the client attended (Attendance Code starts with "A").  This template also displays the Roster Notes field from the Client Attendance record as an additional column.
