Funding Reports
Prints list of funding records linked to either Clients and/or Course Sections, and can be also tracked in combination with Invoices and/or Payments.

  • Templates:
    • Balances:  This template displays funding sources with balances.  Balances are based on links with Clients or Course Sections and either Payments or Invoices.  Use the Client/Course and Invoices/Payments report options to select the source locations.
    • List 1:  This template displays a list of the funding records if using the balances feature.  See below for the effect Client/Course and Invoices/Payments report options have on this report.
    • List 2:  This template displays a list of the funding source records for Clients unrelated to balances or Course Section funding.
    • Overlap:  This template is the same as List 2 except will only display clients that have one or more Funding Sources that have overlapping start and/or end dates.  In a very large database with many clients, this overkap check may take a significant amount of time to complete.  It is recommended to run this template outside your normal peak user hours.
  • Client/Course:  Select [Client] to pull the data for the report template from the Client Funding records.  Select [Course] to pull the data for the report template from the Course Section Funding records.  This report option is ignored when running a List 2 template.
  • Invoices/Payments:  Select [Invoices] to determine balances based on funding sources linked to Client Invoices.  Select [Payments] to determine balances based on funding sources linked to Client Payment transactions.  This report option is ignored when running a List 2 template.
  • Display Details: When running a Balances template, this report option enables display of either the Invoice Line Items [Invoices] or Payment Transaction [Payments] based on the Invoices/Payments report option.
