Delete Section

Overview

Allows you to delete one Course Section and data in related tables. 

Records will be deleted from the following tables will be deleted.  Not all XenDirect versions contain each of the following tables.

  • Course Section
  • Course Fees
  • Course Calendar
  • Course Coursework
  • Course Credit Type
  • Course Discounts
  • Course Equipment
  • Course Funding
  • Course Textbook
  • Course Roster Log
  • Course Skills
  • Client Attendance
  • Client Assignment
  • Client Coursework
  • Client Payments (General Ledger)
  • Client Progress
  • Client Case Notes
  • Client Skills
  • Web Registration Cart (only if the Web Registration module is enabled and this course is currently in the Cart)
  • All temporary report tables

Navigation Menu

Release 3: Tools > Course Functions > Delete Section

Release 2: Admin Menu > Course Functions > Delete Section

Operation

To Run the function:
    1. Click on the Delete Section menu option.
    2. Enter the Course Code.  Use the Show List button as necessary.
    3. Click OK to start the process.
    4. Click Proceed to Delete or Cancel.  There is your last option to stop the process.
