Email Embed Codes allow dynamic data to be integrated into the HTML and Text Body sections of Email Templates in XenDirect. These codes personalize emails by inserting specific details, such as client names, course information, and organizational details.
Navigation:
Tools → Marketing Functions → Create Email Templates
Applies to: Enterprise | Plus | Basic
Important Notes:
-
Embed Codes must be enclosed in brackets (e.g.,
[ClientFirstName]
). -
HTML tags should wrap around the entire embed code and brackets, not inside them.
-
Embed Codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown.
Example of Embed Codes in Use
Dear [ClientFirstName] [ClientLastName],
