If your organization already has an active Sakai installation and existing courses are Sakai course offerings, follow these steps to tag existing XenDirect courses and sections to the Sakai course offering. This same process should be used for new courses and sections added.
- Go to Main Menu »» Courses and search for the course desired.
- Edit the course.
- Select Sakai as the Vendor.
- Save the course record.
- Go to Main Menu »» Courses »» Sections and search for the course section desired.
- Edit the course section.
- On the [Info] tab enter the Sakai GUID into the [Alt Section Code] field. The GUID is the number created when you add a new course created in Sakai.
- Save the course section record.
- Repeat this for every Sakai course and section.
