Client Merge (InSight)

Reports listed in the category are those used to merge client information into specially formatted reports or with the user-defined Merge templates.

Pro User Notes:

• Most merge reports are created using the Form Designer tool rather than the column designer tool.
• It is suggested that only users familiar with HTML and stylesheets copy and modify merge report formats.

Embed Codes:

• Note that Embed Codes are not supported using InSight merge reports.

Client Envelope
Prints the Client Profile mailing address fields formatted for a standard #10 business envelope in landscape mode.

• The user may have to set printer options for proper alignment.
• There is also a second version without a return address.

Client Merge Form
Displays Client and Course Section data merged with a user-defined template into a form format suitable for agreements, contracts, and informational documents.

• The Merge Template fields display in the following order:
  • Header as document title
  • Body 1
  • Course Section and related content
  • Body 2
  • Closing

Client Merge Letter
Client Merge Letter Assignments
Client Merge Letter Balance Due

One embeds Client Assignment content automatically between Body1 and Body2, the other does not.  Both merge with a user-defined template into a form format suitable for letters.

• The Merge Template fields display in the following order:
  • Branch name and address as a return address
    
  • Text date
  • Client name and address
  • Salutation
  • Body 1
  • Related content (if using the content embedded report version Assignments or Balance Due)
    
  • Body 2
  • Closing
