- Certificates are one of the reports most commonly requested for modification to the extent that almost every customer prefers a uniquely designed certificate format for their organization. Xenegrade will consider additional certificate formats and will build custom certificate formats, but suggests organizations consider purchasing Pro and/or Elite level user access to the InSight designer features and custom design the certificate format to your specifications. With Pro and/or Elite level access, multiple certificate formats could be created to use for different purposes at no additional cost per report.
- Print Tip: The user may need to adjust printer settings to print in landscape mode.
Pro/Elite User Notes:
- Certificate reports are created using the Form Designer tool rather than the column designer tool.
- It is suggested that only users familiar with HTML and CSS stylesheets attempt to copy and modify certificate report formats.
Basic Certificate A
Displays course section enrollment data in a standard certificate in landscape format with the following display elements.
- Organization Name: From Organizational Profile.
- Branch Name: From Branch Profile using the long Branch Name field.
- Certificate Name: From Certificate Text merge template.
- Line 1, 2, 3: From Certificate Text merge template.
- Client Name: From Client profile record.
- Certificate Name: From Course record using the Certificate Title field. If blank, the report uses the Course Title field.
- Date End: From Course Section record modified to display in text format.
- Credits: From Client Assignment. Displays both Credit Type and Credit Earned.
- Signature Lines: Displays two signature lines. Titles are not user-defined.
