Client Lists (InSight)

Reports listed in the category are typically those used to provide lists of clients, but not necessarily of enrollments.


Alerts List
Displays the medical and allergy alert field values from the Client profile.


Assessments List
Displays the records from Client Assessments.


Blocks List
Displays the records from Client Blocks.


Case Notes
Displays the records from Client Case Notes.


Checklists
Displays the records from Client Checklists.


Classifications
Classifications by Course Code
Displays the records from Client Classifications.


Client Consent List
Displays the records from Client Case Notes as tagged for Client Consent Approved or Removed.


Client Contact Info
Displays the values of the contact fields such as address and phone numbers from Client profiles.


Client Email Domains
Displays a list of the domains from the Client Email 1 field and a count of those domains.


Client Fee Group
Displays the records from Client Fee Groups.


Client Fee Group Overlap
Displays records from Client Fee Groups that overlap based on dates.  Records in this report should be corrected to prevent Fee Group overlaps which can cause invoice calculation errors.


Client Mailing Labels Standard
Displays Client name and mailing address onto adhesive mailing label format.

  • This format matches standard 3 across by 10 down per page similar to Avery 5160 and similar supported formats with 1" x 2-5/8" labels.
  • BEFORE EXPORTING AND PRINTING TO ADHESIVE MAILING LABELS, RUN A FEW TEST PAGES ON BLANK PAPER FIRST AND CHECK ALIGNMENT.
  • Use only the Export to PDF function to print to label formatted papers. The screen display prior to the PDF display may not be a correct representation of the final printable format.
  • The report is designed to prevent duplicate Client labels.
  • Filtering Tips:
    • If no filters are used, the results would include all clients regardless if they have any Assignments or not.
    • To filter only for Clients that have Assignments, use one or more filters from the Assignment, Course, and/or Sections table.
    • To filter only for Clients without Assignments, filter on one of the Assignment fields that would normally contain a value (such as Enrollment Status) and filter where that field is Null or Blank.
    • To filter only where Clients have a mailing address (no blank address), set a filter on the Client Mailing Label field for Not Null or Not Blank.
    • Be sure to use the Client Permit Postal field filter for any marketing mailings based on your permitted marketing policies.
    • Filters can be added for any field available in the Client, Assignment, Course, and Section tables using the Quick Edit feature.

Client Members
Displays the records from Client Members.


Client Membership Purchases
Displays the purchase records for Client Memberships.


Client Without Assignments
Displays a list of clients that have no recorded assignments.


Content Completion by Course
Displays the records from Course Content Completion.


Custom Questions by Client
Custom Questions by Course
List one is the Client Custom Questions replies grouped by Client then Course Code.
List two is the Client Custom Questions replies grouped by Question then Course Code/Client Assignment.
This version is based on the Release 3 custom question format.


Demographics
Displays the values of demographic fields from Client profiles.


Documents
Displays the records from Client Documents.


Residency List
Displays the records from the Client Residency table.


Stop Hold List Clients
Displays the records from the Clients with a value in the [Stop Hold] field.
