Reports listed in the category are typically those related to marketing and merge templates.


Brochure one-column layout
Displays course data in a single column format designed for import into a publishing application used in brochure development.

  • Grouped by Category and sorted by Course Code.
  • Session and Fee Group are required filters.
  • The report is designed in a single-column format. Column, style, and format output should be set in an application outside InSight to obtain a result where the number of columns can be set and have them snake vertically rather than hoizontally. InSight has the capability of snaking columns horizontally only.
  • It is recommended to use the [Export to Word] function as the export method of choice. Although MS Word has an internal column, style, and formatting options, it is a common source for other publishing applications.
  • To customize the brochure report, Pro users should copy and save the report under a new name. From the copy, Pro users can add, modify, or remove the content as desired.
  • Customers should check and proofread the output of the report for accuracy before going to print. Dates, times, and fees are critical data elements to confirm accuracy.

Campaigns
Displays the records from the Campaigns table.

Displays the records from the Campaign Log table.

Cart Average Time Spent
Displays a list of WebReg Cart statistics based on the average amount of time spent in the cart grouped by day and displayed in a column format.


Cart Counts
Displays a list of WebReg Cart records and counts grouped by day and displayed in a column format.


Cart Items
Displays a list of WebReg Cart records and the related cart items grouped by Cart ID and displayed in a column format.


Cart Times
Displays a list of WebReg Cart statistics based on the amount of time spent in the cart grouped by day and displayed in a column format. For canceled and abandoned carts, Amount Paid is the amount that was recorded at that time to be paid if the cart was completed.


County Counts
List of the Counties and aggregate counts. Pulls from the "Residence County" field in Client Profile. Only Clients with Assignments are included. Each Client record counts as one regardless of the number of Assignments. "Unknown" group refers to those with no value entered.


Custom Questions by Course Code
Custom Questions List with Course Codes

Based on Release 3 version of Custom Questions.
The first report lists Course Codes and the related Custom Questions per each Course Code.
The second version lists the Custom Questions and then all the Course Codes linked to the questions.


How Heard Counts (Assignments)
List of the Marketing Sources and aggregate counts. Pulls from the "How Heard' field in Client Assignments. Each Assignment record counts as one regardless of quantity value in the Assignment. "Unknown" group refers to those with no value entered. The bottom 10% are grouped into the "Others" slice in the chart.


How Heard Counts (Client Profile)
List of the Marketing Sources and aggregate counts. Pulls from the "How Heard' field in Client Profile. Only Clients with Assignments are included. Each Assignment record counts as one regardless of quantity value in the Assignment. "Unknown" group refers to those with no value entered. The bottom 10% is grouped into the "Other" slice in the chart.


Merge Email Templates
List of the Merge Email Template records. Includes both scheduled and unscheduled email templates along with scheduled email settings.


Merge Form Templates
Displays a list of the Merge Templates tagged as form formats.


Merge Letter Templates
Displays a list the Merge Templates tagged as letter formats.


Message Log
Displays a list of the outgoing messages sent by XenDirect.  Parameters column does not wrap and may truncate display if too long for the column.


Message Log Parameters
Displays a list of the outgoing messages sent by XenDirect with Recipient, Subject, and Parameters only.


Payment Type Counts
List of the Payment Types and aggregate counts. Pulls from the "Payment Type" field in Client Payments. Each Transaction Number counts as one regardless of the number of records linked to that Transaction Number.


Postal Code Count
Displays a count of the postal codes from the mailing address fields in Client profiles.


SendGrid Reports
Displays details from the emails sent via SendGrid including delivered, opened, clicked, and bounced information. Only XenDirect sites using SendGrid as the email processor will have data in these reports.

  • SendGrid Client Email Bounce List
    • List of Client emails that bounced. If known, the bounce reason displays.
  • SendGrid Client Email Log
    • List of Client emails sent and the delivered, opened, clicked, and bounced status.
  • SendGrid Staff Email Bounce List
    • List of Staff emails that bounced. If known, the bounce reason displays.
  • SendGrid Staff Email Log
    • List of Staff emails sent and the delivered, opened, clicked, and bounced status.

Attention Pro Users: The Message Log records a separate record for each event (processed, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, etc.) that occurs. If a specific event does not occur, no record for that event will record. The common field among each of the records for one email is the SendGridID value. The above SendGrid reports are all grouped by SendGrid ID to get a single row per email.


US ZIP Code Census Data
Displays a list of the census data related to the official US postal codes list external to XenDirect.

  • The list currently uses the 2010 census data.

US ZIP Code Master List
Displays a list of the US postal codes from the official master list external to XenDirect and from which XenDirect uses to compare for accuracy.
