Enrollment Lists (InSight)

Reports listed in the category are related to Course Section enrollment and Client Assignments.  Some of these reports may display information similar to Attendance Rosters but do not possess attributes to record attendance.

Pro/Elite User Notes:

  • Some reports in this category are created using the Form Designer tool rather than the column designer tool.
  • It is suggested that only users familiar with HTML and CSS stylesheets attempt to copy and modify merge report formats.

Client Class Schedule
Prints a design formatted report of Client Assignments grouped by Client.  Designed as a potential handout to Clients.  There are two versions of this report.

  • Detailed: A more formatted and detailed display of Assignments.
  • List: Minimal detail with less information and prints on fewer pages.

Enrollment List
Displays 
a list of Client Assignments grouped by Course Section.  There are three versions of this report: two for Basic and one for Detailed.

  • Enrollment List - Basic: This version uses common search filters.
  • Enrollment List - Basic (Running Date): This version uses a Running Date set of search filters.
  • Enrollment List - Detailed: This version uses common search filters and contains more information than the Basic version.

Fee Options
Displays a list of the Client Assignment fee Options.


License and Vehicle
Displays a list of the [License Detail] and [Vehicle Detail] fields from the Client profile.


Mailing Addresses
Displays a list of the mailing address fields from the Client profile.


Name Tents
Prints Name Tent formatted with one Client per page.  Name displays on one side of the name tent only.

  • Print Tip: The user may need to adjust printer settings to print in landscape mode.

Original Entry Dates
Displays a list of the [Original Entry Date] field from the Client Assignments.


Phones and Emails
Displays a list of the phone and emails fields from the Client profile.


School Grade and Years
Displays a list of the [Current/Last School Grade] and [Number of Years] fields from the Client profile.


Terminations List
Displays a list of the termination information from both the Client profile and Client Assignments.


Transcripts
Prints a design formatted transcript report of the Client Assignments grouped by Client.

  • Earned Credits and Credit Type: Credits are displayed using those recorded in the Client Assignment and taking into account the Enrollment Status for each Assignment.  See the Credit Status field in the Enrollment Status master list for details.
  • Course Restrictions: There are three locations to prevent assignments from being included on the transcript report. All three locations must be set to [Include in Transcript] = Yes.
    • Course: If set to No, then all sections for this course will not display in the transcript report.
    • Course Section: If set to No, then all assignments for this course section only will not display in the transcript report.
    • Assignment: If set to No, then the specific assignment will not display in the transcript report
    • On the Client search results list (Release 3), there is an action called [Update Transcript Include]. This function allows a user to update the [Include in Transcript] field of all assignments for the currently viewed client. The user can then individually change any specific assignments as needed.

Waiting List
Displays a list of the Client Assignments where the Enrollment Status = Waiting List.


Workshop Enrollment
Displays a list of the Client Workshop registrations.
