Vendor Logins

The Branch Profile is the data location where the system's primary settings are recorded. This section focuses on Vendor Logins used mostly for third-party integrations.

  • When changing any Branch setting, any user currently logged into the Admin Module may not experience the setting modification until the user logs out and logs back in again. Most Branch settings take effect at login in the Admin Module and take effect immediately in the Web Registration Module.
  • Some fields are version specific and may not appear in the Branch Profile.

Vendor Logins
The settings in this section support the unique customer logins to integrated third-party applications.

  • Vendor: Select the vendor name. Required. Only one record can be entered per vendor.
  • URL/Extension: Enter the entire URL and extension used to access the application.
  • User Name: Enter the user name used to access the application.
  • Password: Enter the password used to access the application.
  • PIN: If required, enter the PIN used to access the application.

Note:

  • Salesforce logins should not be entered here. Salesforce logins are recorded with User records. Salesforce logins are unique to a person rather than an organization.
