Last Viewed

Last Viewed is an automatic feature of the WebReg module. This feature is added to provide an easy method for clients to navigate back to courses they have recently previewed. As a client clicks on any course section to display the course details, a record is recorded to a special table that records the client's IP and search parameters, if any. If the client is logged into their account, the client's profile record is linked to the record also.

• This feature is automatically enabled for all customers. There is no setting to enable or disable the feature.
  
• As a client clicks on any course section to display the course details, a record is recorded to a special table that records the course, client's IP, and search parameters, if any. If the client is logged into their account, the client's profile record is linked to the record also.
• The links for the last three courses will display at the top of the content area of WebReg pages except for those pages after the client has started the checkout process.
• If the client is logged into their account, the "Last Viewed" label also becomes a link. The client can click on that link and view their course views covering the last sixty days.
• Access to the Page Views table through the Admin module is solely through an InSight report of the same name. The information may be valuable for marketing purposes.
