Setup Steps

When setting up the Web Registration Module for the first time, follow these steps. Most settings can be changed after using the WebReg module without causing an issue with existing data. The knowledgebase help articles are organized using these same categories to assist with your setup process. Many of the features listed are optional. You may not use them when you first set up the WebReg module the first time, but you may decide to use more of the features as your WebReg experience matures and your needs expand.

• Discuss the URL for your WebReg module before the Xenegrade support staff creates the site. Vanity or custom URLs may require some additional steps.
• Provide the payment gateway credentials to Xenegrade support staff so they can set up and test your payment gateway.
• Review the articles of each of these areas to create the data and modify the settings as desired.

  • Content features
  • Financial features
• Once you have completed these steps, your WebReg module is ready to accept registrations.
