How to Enable Ed2Go Integration

Your organization must have an active Ed2Go re-seller account along with login credentials to use the Ed2Go integration. Note that Ed2Go integration is per branch and not shared across branches in a multi-Branch system.

When enabling Ed2Go within XenDirect, the option to leave the live Ed2Go registration site up and active is a choice of the organization.  If the Ed2Go registration site is enabled, registrations entered through that site will not be entered into XenDirect.

Follow these steps to enable Ed2Go integration.  Repeat this same process for the Ed2Go CTP integration except select Ed2Go CTP as the vendor. You will need an API key from Ed2Go for the Ed2GO regular courses (key one) and the Ed2Go CTP courses (key two).

Release 3

  • Go to Admin/Security Menu »» Settings »» Vendor Login.
  • Click on New Vendor Login.
  • Select Ed2Go as the Vendor.
  • Enter the API key into the Vendor Account Name field.
  • Leave the PIN and other remaining fields blank as PIN is not used with the Ed2Go vendor.
  • Click save and close.
  • Ed2Go is now enabled.

Release 2

  • Go to view mode of Admin Menu »» Settings »» Branch Profile.
  • Click on the Vendor Logins tab.
  • Click on New Vendor Login.
  • Select Ed2Go as the Vendor.
  • Enter the API key into the Vendor Account Name field.
  • Leave the PIN and other remaining fields blank as PIN is not used with the Ed2Go vendor.
  • Click OK to save and close.
  • Ed2Go is now enabled.
