These additional functions are available for Ed2Go in Release 3.
Update
This function updates the XenDirect section offerings based on new values in the Ed2Go downloaded catalog. Running this function is optional.
- Go to Tools > Course Functions > Manage Ed2Go. If the menu option does not display, contact your system administrator to enable permission for this menu option.
- Click the Update button.

Select the values desired to update.
- Descriptions
- Outlines
- End Dates
- Retail and Wholesale Fees
- Then select a Course ID for the course to update.
- Click Close to process or Cancel to quit.
Purge
This function purges the XenDirect section offerings that do not have any enrollments. This function is provided to reduce the number of Ed2Go offerings that never resulted in enrollments. Running this function is optional.
- Go to Tools > Course Functions > Manage Ed2Go. If the menu option does not display, contact your system administrator to enable permission for this menu option.
- Click the Purge button.
- Click Run Purge or Cancel. Only sections with end dates in the prior 30 days will be purged.
Update Grades
This function updates the Grade/GPA field in Assignments for grade, if any, from Ed2Go. Running this function is optional.
- Go to Tools > Course Functions > Manage Ed2Go. If the menu option does not display, contact your system administrator to enable permission for this menu option.
- Click the Update Grades button.
- Select the number of days in the past desired to update. Course Sections that have ended within that number of days will be included in the update process.
- Click Next to confirm.
- Click Close to process or Cancel to quit.
