Deleted Companies

Company records are used throughout XenDirect. Any select list that refers to a company name is derived from this user-defined list. 

List of company records that have been deleted.

Details 

• Active Companies:  This function navigates users back to the active list of Company records.
• Restore Copy:  This list function will copy the deleted Company back into the Active Companies records.  If there is another active company with the same name, the copied company name will have a unique numeric value appended to the name to make the name unique.  This name can be modified after copy.  The Company Type option is required.
• Restore Overwrite:  This list function will overwrite the Active Company of the same name with all the field values of the deleted company.  The deleted company record remains unchanged.  The active company data is overwritten.  There is no undo option for this function.
