Change Registrations

This feature allows a Client to Change an existing registration via the MyAccount page of the WebReg module. Change is a separate from the Drop feature and can be enabled independently.

To Enable Client Change Registration

  • Go to Admin Menu > Settings > Web Options.
  • Allow Change Registration:  Check this option to enable it.  An option will display in MyAccount to allow the client to change an existing registration if the following restrictions are met:
    • There is another section of the same course available in the same Session.
    • The Course Section has available enrollment slots.
    • There are no clients on the waiting list for the Course Section.
    • The Course Section has a Session identified.
    • The Course Section has a start date and the start date has not passed
    • At least one of the three registration period dates for the matching Session is enforced and both a start date and end date are entered for the registration period.  The Change option will only appear between and inclusive of these dates.
