Allows users to upload, classify, describe, and store MS Word or PDF files for a specific Client. Use of documents may require the purchase of additional storage space on XenDirect servers.
Documents that are uploaded via the WebReg or QuickTools modules will be uploaded to this Client Document area. For example, scanned purchase orders from the WebReg module.

Field Details
Users can add or delete a file from the Documents tab.
- Title: Name of the document as the user determines.
- Description: Details about the document as the user determines.
- Date: Date of upload or date related to document.
- Type: Type of document uploaded. (The available list is not user-defined.)
- File: use the browse button to search and upload the file. the file name is automatically determined for storage by XenDirect. During an edit, a document upload replaces the prior stored document with the new document.
- Allow WebReg Display: If checked yes, document name and description only will display in the document list of the WebReg module. Documents uploaded through the WebReg module are automatically tagged as Yes. (Note that this feature is under development and is not yet enabled.)
- Allow QT Display: If checked yes, document name and description only will display in the document list of the QuickTools module. Documents uploaded through the QuickTools module are automatically tagged as Yes.
(Note that this feature is under development and is not yet enabled.) - Assignment Link: If the document is related to a specific client’s Assignment, enter the course code.
- Invoice Link: If the document is related to a specific client’s Invoice, enter the invoice number. (Payment method = InvoiceB and InvoiceC only)
- If space is not available based on the amount of storage space purchased, the user will receive a prompt regarding the lack of available storage space. Storage space includes all uploaded client files, client images, and staff images across all database years.
