Staff Note Details
- Date: The date the note was recorded. Required field.

- The "Signature" type is reserved for custom certificates containing a digital signature.
- Method: Indicates the communication method used. (This list is not user-defined.)
- Follow-Up Date: If follow-up is required, enter the target Follow-Up Date.
- Case Notes: Memo field for entering detailed information about the note.
- Follow-Up: Memo field for additional follow-up notes.
