Category Settings

The Course Category is how most courses are grouped in the WebReg module.

Applies To:    Enterprise    Plus    Basic

Access the following display options at Main Menu > Selects > Categories.

• Display Online:  Check 'Yes' to display courses tagged with the category. If checked 'No', all courses for the category will not display. Even if checked 'Yes', all other display settings must be enabled to display.
• Web Approval Code:  If text is entered here, the client must enter this matching text to allow any course section within the Category to be placed into the WebReg cart. The client must be given the approval code to enter. This feature is used to restrict registration except for those with the approval code.
