Why Courses Do Not Display In WebReg Module

The following list includes the most common reasons a course section does not display in the WebReg Module.  If a course section does not display, print and review this checklist until you discover the reason and correct it.  If all the items below are checked, the Course Section should display in the WebReg Module.


Main Menu > Sections

[  ] Does the Course have a Course Section?

[  ] Is the Course Section status set Offered? 

[  ] Is the Course Section set to Display Online = Yes? 

[  ] Is the Course Section field for Display Online Date set to a date in the future? 

[  ] Is the Course Section field for Expire Online Date set to a date in the past? 

[  ] Is the Course Section set to Display Cart Button = Yes? (This will not prevent display, but will prevent the ability to purchase)

[  ] Is the Maximum Enrollment for the Course Section set to a numeric value greater than zero?

[  ] Is there at least one Fee set for the Course Section?

[  ] Is the Course Section Fee set to a number value of zero or greater and set to Include In Balance = Yes?

[  ] Does the Course Section Fee have at least the Fee Group that matches the Default Fee Group set in the Branch Profile?  There should normally be fees set for all Fee Groups.

[  ] Does at least one Course Section Fee have a Revenue Item that matches the Default Revenue Item set in the Branch Profile?


Main Menu > Selects > Sessions

[  ] Is the Session linked to the Course Section set to Display Online = Yes?


Main Menu > Selects > Course Categories

[  ] Is the Category linked to the Course Section set to Display Online = Yes?
