Course Lists (InSight)

Reports listed in the category are typically those related to Courses and Sections, but not necessarily enrollments.

Conflict Checker
Displays a list of course sections that overlap based on date/time in conjunction with the following fields:

  • Instructor 1
  • Location

Course List
Displays the records from the Course table (not Sections).

Course Prerequisites
Displays the records from the Course Prerequisites table.

Course Proposal List
Displays the records from the Course Proposal table.

Course Proposals
Displays all fields for the Course Proposal in a full-page format.

Instructor SignIn
Prints a Course Section sign-in sheet with Time In/Time Out columns.  Three formats are available.

  • Biweekly
  • Daily
  • Weekly

Pro/Elite User Notes:

  • This report was created using the Form Designer tool rather than the column designer tool.
  • It is suggested that only users familiar with HTML and CSS stylesheets attempt to copy and modify roster report formats.

Section Accounts
Displays a list of the account codes linked to Course Sections.

Section Calendar
List of the Course Section Calendar records.

Section Credits
Displays a list of the earn-able credits linked to Course Sections.

Section Descriptions
Section Descriptions HTML
Displays a list of the Description field from the Course table and the Alt Description field from the Course Section table.

  • In the HTML version, the description fields will display formatted based on the HTML recorded within the fields.

Section Equipment
Displays a list of the equipment linked to Course Sections.

Section Fees
Displays a list of the fees linked to Course Sections.

Section List
Displays a list of Course Sections. There are two versions of this report

  • Section List: This version uses common search filters.
  • Section List (Running Date): This version uses a set of search filters to obtain a single date. Example for getting sections running on 8/15/2022:
    • Less Than Start Date: enter 8/16/2022
    • Greater Than End Date: enter 8/14/2022
    • Day of the Week: enter Monday

Section Locations
Displays a list of Course Sections grouped by Location. There are two versions of this report

  • Section Locations: This version uses common search filters.
  • Section Locations (Running Date): This version uses a set of search filters to obtain a single date. Example for getting sections running on 8/15/2022:
    • Less Than Start Date: enter 8/16/2022
    • Greater Than End Date: enter 8/14/2022
    • Day of the Week: enter Monday

Sequences
Displays a list of the sequences linked to Course Sections.

Vendor Fees
Displays a list of the fees linked to Course Sections of third-party vendors.  If available, the following fee fields are also displayed.

  • Wholesale Fee
  • Suggested Fee
  • Actual Fee

Workshops
Displays a list of the workshops linked to Conferences.
